Send us your backpack sample, photos, drawings or specifications. We review the construction, materials, components and customization requirements.
2. Sample Development
We develop a production sample based on the confirmed specifications and make adjustments where necessary.
3. Sample Approval
You review the sample, materials, construction and branding details before bulk production.
4. Bulk Production
Once approved, we arrange material sourcing, cutting, sewing, assembly and production according to the confirmed specifications.
5. Quality Inspection
Our QC process includes material checks, in-process inspection and final product inspection before shipment.
6. Packing & Shipment
Products are packed according to your requirements and shipped by the agreed delivery method, including DDP where applicable.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our production process covers material inspection, cutting, sewing, assembly, logo application, finishing, final inspection and packing. Each order is produced according to the approved sample and specifications.
