If any defect is found, it’s immediately rejected. Before mass production begins, we always make pre-production samples to ensure everything is correct. Once confirmed, we inspect again to eliminate any possible errors.

Then the sewing process begins. Our workers follow the procedures carefully — no loose threads, no wrong stitches; every detail must be firm and neat. When each bag is finished, we test every part — the zippers must run smoothly, the straps must be strong, and the handles must hold securely.

After that, we check the bag’s appearance — clean, even, and free from stains or wrinkles. Then come labeling and packaging, each checked one by one. Only after passing all inspections do we give final approval. That’s how we make sure every bag leaving our factory is in perfect condition and ready to carry your brand with pride.
