Manufacturing Process& Quality Control

At our factory, we take production very seriously—no shortcuts, just strict checks every step of the way. First, we go through all the raw materials one by one: fabrics, zippers, hardware, everything. If even a small defect pops up, we throw it out right away—we never use subpar materials for our bags.

Before we start mass production, we always make pre-production samples. It’s a must for us—we need to make sure every detail is right, from the stitch size to the fabric fit, before we make hundreds or thousands of bags. Once we’re happy with the sample, we double-check it again, just to be safe.

Then we move on to sewing. Our workers know their craft—they follow our standards closely, making sure there are no loose threads, no wrong stitches. Every seam has to be tight and neat; that’s how we make bags that last.

When a bag is sewn up, we test every part of it. We zip the zippers back and forth to make sure they’re smooth, pull the straps hard to check if they’re strong, and test the handles to ensure they can hold up. Nothing gets past this check.

After that, we look over the whole bag’s appearance—make sure it’s clean, no stains, no wrinkles, and all parts are even. Then we add the labels and package them, checking each one as we go. Only when a bag passes every single inspection do we sign off on it.

That’s our process—simple, thorough, and honest. We want every bag that leaves our factory to be something we’re proud of, and something that helps your brand stand out.
